When you scan a product, we receive the barcode and get to work uploading it to your Pointy page. If we already have the product information on file, it will appear almost immediately. If we do not have it on file, we need to source the product information (image, description) for you. This process involves some human effort and can take time. In certain cases we may not be able to find product images for an extended period of time, but we'll never stop looking!
